It is a workshop with different dynamics that seek to transcend the barriers of negative self-image, fostering an environment of acceptance and appreciation for the body. Through reflection, dance, body art and photography, participants will be guided on a journey toward personal empowerment, discovering the beauty that resides both within and without them.

It is a workshop between women, where the body and nudity are put in the foreground. The sisterhood we have between us is manifested during these hours together. Through different activities, we leave aside clothes to find ourselves in our best outfit: our body. Painting becomes our identity.

Welcome to the tribe
Body painting came into my life in 2010, when I lived in Paris, but it was only in 2013 during a vision quest, a very deep 4 day meditation alone in nature, in Mexico that body painting appeared before me as a link to connect with the great tribe that we are. That was his message:
“Keep painting others, those who want to be part of the Tribe will come to you.”
Through my vision, I saw the link with the roots, a planetary tribe, of brothers and sisters, and those whose hearts beat in the same rhythm would unite.
Body painting has been a part of humanity since time immemorial. It serves as a sign of recognition, a rite of passage, a bond with spirits, and connects us to the roots of the worlds around us.
I've been working all these years to connect with living hearts by depositing colors on their skin and allowing the power of the colors to act on their human psyche.
As an act of transformation, leaving a mark in the hearts of these people who have allowed themselves to be painted, an invisible connection was intertwined with each of them.
For some, causing a change, even very subtle, in their hearts; for others, creating new questions about their relationship with their own body, opening new perspectives.
